Office Policies Our office is not set up to process 3rd party payments. We do not bulk bill third party payers (TAC, Work cover etc)All spinal x-rays are bulk billed to Medicare.
All records remain the property of Collins Street Chiropractic; however summaries of treatment and x-rays will be released on the signed permission from the clientWe require clients whom require extended consultations longer than 15 minutes to notify our Chiropractic Assistant accordingly.
We accept EFTPOS, credit cards, cash and cheques.
* A late cancellation fee of $25.00 will be applied for appointments not cancelled 24 hours beforehand.
